Thanks to collaborations with valuable operating teams and leaders, I've had the opportunity to build enterprises from the ground up, overseeing them until they were sold profitably. I actively participated in every sector of the industry, working with a diverse range of clients, from start-up cafes and restaurants to well-known larger companies and institutions in Turkey.
